“Who and what is SuperSource, and what makes us so darn SUPER?”

Besides our “super” team, our high quality products (some might even call “super” products), and our awesomely “super” service, everyone here at SuperSource feels the pressure to live up to our name.  We can’t help but be “super.”  The “superness” pumps through our veins daily, making SuperSource a “super” group of people who manufacture and distribute “super” products with “super” service.  You should now have a much clearer picture of what SuperSource is all about, "superness."  You can rest assure knowing that your business, or at least a small part of it, rests in our “super” hands. SuperSource has four stores that drive through different areas of metro Atlanta every weekday.  Yes, our stores drive.  That means they conveniently come to your back door once a week, so you don’t have to waste your time and money driving around looking for a “deal” that, when it’s all said and done, ends up costing you more money and patience than its worth.  

Each store (truck) is driven by a manager with the expertise to answer all your cleaning and dish machine questions.  You will always have the same manager, who will become familar with you, your staff, and your business allowing us to cater to your specific needs.  The manager will know what products to use where, the correct procedures to clean just about anything, as well as how to fix minor plumbing problems.  Not only will the manager answer your questions, they will train your employees in the proper procedures of using SuperSource products, and they will fix minor plumbing issues for you.  

What if you don’t need anything when your store manager stops by?  It only makes sense to us that you only buy what you need.  We don’t have a travel charge or minimum order; there are no penalties for having ample supplies.  By stopping by once a week, we are able to leave you only the supplies that you need and no more.  Not only does this save you space, but it also cuts back on waste.  Your employees will use less when you don’t have what seems like an endless supply of chemicals.

What happens if for some reason you run out of product before your manager is due to stop by?  Even if is
11:oo pm on a Saturday, we will have someone there within an hour.   

Suppose you had a bigger problem than just a leaky faucet.  Let’s say your dish machine breaks down on a Saturday night at the worst possible time.  You need it fixed right away, and don’t have time to think about what it will cost you.  Simply, call our emergency service line.  One of our service technicians will arrive at your business in aproximately 30 to 60 minutes to get your machine back up and running.  How much is this speedy service going to cost you?  You will not be charged for labor; you will only be charged for any parts used to fix the issue.  That means if  no parts are needed, your bill is zero.  What if the same thing happens on  a holiday, say Christmas.  Nothing changes from our end.  We will still arrive in 30 to 60 minutes, and the only charges, if any, that you will see on your invoice is for parts.  We do not charge for labor or travel just because it is a holiday.  You receive the same quality service from SuperSource all 365 days of the year at any time, day or night.
